Birth of Wilbur “Bullet Joe” Rogan

Wilbur "Bullet Joe" Rogan is born April 28, 1889 in Oklahoma City. He played 11 seasons for the Kansas City Monarchs and managed the team off and on for 10 years. He was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1998.
