Birth of Alonzo “Lonnie” Clayton

Alonzo "Lonnie" Clayton is born March 27, 1876 in Kansas City, Missouri. Clayton later became the youngest horse jockey to ride in a Kentucky Derby at age 15. He ultimately rode in four Derbies.
